Terms of sale

These terms govern bookings made on strategieayoub.com for 30-minute video consultations with a partner lawyer registered with the Paris Bar, organised and coordinated by STRATEGIE AYOUB ("Stratégie Ayoub").

Stratégie Ayoub organises the consultation: booking, coordination and practical information. Legal advice given during the consultation is the sole responsibility of the lawyer, under their professional rules. Stratégie Ayoub does not provide legal advice.

The consultation is offered free of charge: no payment is requested from the client.

A booking is confirmed when the form is submitted, subject to the time still being available. A confirmation, a calendar invitation and the video call link are sent by email.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email.

If the lawyer cannot attend the booked time, Stratégie Ayoub will offer you a new time.

As the consultation is free, nothing is charged and no refund applies if you cancel.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
