Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company, topic and message.
Consultation bookings: name, email, phone, country of residence, message, chosen time and billing address.
Payment: your card details are processed directly by Stripe. We never see them.
Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics, cookie-free, with aggregated and anonymised data. Only with your consent: Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session recordings and heatmaps; what you type in forms is never recorded).
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiries: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
Organising and delivering a booked consultation: performance of a contract.
Contacting you once if you start a booking but don't complete it, using the details entered in the form: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
Keeping our accounts: legal obligation.
Understanding how the site is used: legitimate interest.
Who receives your data
Your data is handled by the Stratégie Ayoub team. For bookings, our partner lawyer receives your name, country of residence and message to prepare the consultation.
Our processors: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Pennylane (invoicing and accounting), Resend (email delivery), Google (email and calendar) and, if you accept, Microsoft (Clarity). Some are based in the United States; these transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiries: 3 years after our last exchange.
Bookings and accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions for your data after your death. To exercise them, email kareem.ayoub@strategieayoub.com.
You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the banner; you can change your mind any time through the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser. Stripe's payment page may use cookies strictly necessary for security and fraud prevention.
